It was undeniable Janet\u2019s roofing needed an upgrade. Her outdated roofing tiles and damaged skylights had to be replaced correctly and timely so she entrusted her project to Guardian Roofing. Our experts were able to suggest swapping out her tile shingles for since it is easier to maintain long term and is less susceptible to leaks as opposed to\u00a0 tile. We also suggested Skylights because her existing skylights were leaking. Janet also needed new gutters and decided on white, because they were leaking and the color matched the home.<\/p>\n

It was a 3 day project. First we stripped the current roofing. We checked the plywood for problems, then installed synthetic underlayment. Next, we put ice and water around the perimeter and around penetrations to protect the most vulnerable leak areas. Then we started installing. First we installed the new shingles and accessories followed by the skylights. Lastly, we installed the gutters.<\/p>\n
